Ideal Referrals:

Adults (18+) navigating ADHD, executive dysfunction, work/academic burnout, anxiety, or mood disorders.

Patients seeking collaborative medication management paired with functional workflow and daily habit design.

Out-of-network / fee-for-service care model ($450 initial 75-min intake; superbills provided).

Exclusions / Higher Level of Care Needed:

Active crisis, primary psychosis, or recent psychiatric hospitalization.

Forensic, custody, or disability clearance evaluations.
