How to select your service in the calculator above:
Evaluation: 75-minute comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation.
Individual Therapy: 50-minute follow-up visits (combining medication management, psychotherapy, and Productivity Architecture).
Other: 25-minute targeted medication management check-ins.
Note: Even if you have not met your annual deductible, your appointments count directly toward fulfilling it, unlocking lower out-of-pocket rates for subsequent care.
Benefits verification applies to commercial PPO and university student health plans. Under state and federal guidelines, self-pay care cannot be provided to individuals enrolled in Medicare or MassHealth.
