How To Get Started:

Step 1: Free 15-Minute Consultation Call

A brief, zero-commitment phone call with Dr. Galati to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine if our practice is the right fit for your needs.

Step 2: Initial Consultation (75 Minutes)

We conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation while mapping your daily operational bottlenecks. By the end of this session, we establish your personalized treatment framework and confirm our ongoing partnership.

Step 3: Tailored Follow-Up Care

Ongoing sessions are customized based on the care framework established during your initial evaluation:

  • Medication Management + Therapy (50 Mins): Our core session model. Combines medical management with targeted cognitive strategies to design and refine your daily routines, habits, and workflows.

  • Medication Management (20 Mins): Focused follow-ups to monitor, adjust, and optimize your medication response.

*Please note: A formal doctor-patient relationship is established upon mutual agreement at the conclusion of the initial 75-minute consultation.
